We offer the possibility of  exchange within the first 7 days after your receipt of the order shipped by us.

If the expression of your claim is later than the period indicated above, we reserve the right to deny you the possibility of an exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your article must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• The item must have the original labeling and packaging.

• To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only undertake to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed and a note will be automatically issued.  credit in your name.

Shipping ​

• Except in cases of warranty, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return/exchange of the item.

• Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

• Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, to avoid problems we ask that you send us your return with tracking means.
